The original VAG solenoid unit works great, seamless action in harmony with the ECU, however the weak part of this OEM unit is the valve mechanism that regularly fails. Our new DV PLUS units solves this weak link by replacing the valve parts with a billet aluminium chassis and brass piston with an uprated spring mechanism. This removes the plastic mechanism of the lower solenoid with a selection of uprated engineered parts to increase reliability and performance. Improve the evolution of frustration and smooth acceleration

This adaptor fits the majority of the VAG TSFI Turbo engines, including the 1.4t 1.8t 2.0t turbo engines pre 2014
It does not fit the 1.4 TwinCharged engine.
It does not fit any Diesel engine.
It does not replace the solenoid fully
