Boost Pin
Pin is made on CNC machines, accuracy of shape up to 0.01 mm. Material – Stainless Steel, hardened.
LDA – is a mechanism in the injection pump Tdi, which allows you to limit the amount of fuel at low revs, and the absence or low pressure boost. However, when the pressure rises to automatically give a higher dose of fuel. Eccentric pin which allows you to adjust engine settings.
Boost Plate
This spacer kit increases the range of the standard dynamic timing advance within the VE pump. The dynamic timing advance is a mechanism used to make the start of injection sooner as the RPM increases to give the Diesel time needed to properly combust.
The extra dynamic timing advance from this spacer kit will help to burn fuel cleanly at higher RPM while keeping your static timing to standard spec, maintaining low RPM performance.

The install of the spacer kit is straight forward just like the boost pin, but the acces is more difficult.
This is a tuning product. By fitting this, you will elevate the level of tune in your engine. Running higher cylinder pressures will expose any engine weaknesses. Install this product entirely at your own risk. We recommend installing an Exhaust Gas Temperature guage so that you can monitor your engine and react accordingly.
