Description

In principle, an SUV kit is a pressure bypass that prevents the charging pressure from decelerating when the throttle tube is closed. Advantages of our SF SUV kits: the rear pressure is diverted directly before the throttle tube. Since our fan is just after the intercooler, only cold air is in circulation. In many engines the SUV is in front of the intercooler, so there is only hot air in circulation.

The oem valve is installed directly in the turbocharger, and generally over time it is being damaged through constant exposure to the heat that will begin to leak. A leaky valve will cause a deterioration of the response capacity and energy losses, which is not immediately noticeable in most cases, since the damage is insidious and does not occur suddenly. As a result, you will adapt to an incipient response and a loss of energy.

With this conversion kit, the valve can be moved to a colder region, therefore, this gives you the advantage that it no longer suffers heat-related damage and also that fresh air recirculates in the intake system . The colder the air, the greater the density of the intake air and the higher the density, the better the filling cylinder will be, achieving greater efficiency.
